For the full update, check out the PS Blog, 'cause I'm just givin' you the highlights. First up, they just kinda' sprung Telltale's The Wolf Among Us: Episode 2 (on PS3) on us - so that's an insta-download (already paid for the season pass). Haven't had time to play it yet, because

Outlast on PS4 - arriving the same day the system gets 7.1 surround-sound headset support, serendipitously - is gripping. It's no Fatal Frame II, but it gets the job done. It is creepy and scary and disturbing as fuck. I'm hoping Chamberlain grabs it so we can throw down on it.
Meanwhile, on Vita and PS3, Dustforce has finally happened.
|$9.99 or $7.99 with PS+.|
Initial impressions are that Dustforce is a game that's not as good as Olli Olli, but a game I enjoy more than Olli Olli. There's something inscrutable about its controls. Why I will run along a ceiling this time but not the next time is a mystery to me - why, after running along a ceiling, jumping off the end of said ceiling flings me upward, not down, is unknown.
Unlike Olli Olli's straightforward, tacticle controls, Dustforce (intentionally, I should note) leaves the minutiae of its systems for you to discover, and refuses to actually explain them - which is very frustrating - but getting S-S rank on one of its levels is... a sweet plum. More satisfying than a masterful run of Olli Olli - more beautiful.
Metro: Last Light is free for PS+ subscribers. Also,
Surge Deluxe is - I believe - a color-matching puzzle game for $4.99. I wouldn't give a crap about this game if it didn't come from FuturLab, who made the wonderful Velocity Ultra. They make really simple, addictive, fun stuff.
Also... oh, wait.
No, no. That's it. A lot of good stuff - and, to quote a PA forumer,
"How great is PS+? I picked up $80 worth of games today and only had to spend $7 out of pocket :D"
