Care to know exactly what happened at Visceral?


Kotaku's Jason Schreier put together a phenomenal breakdown covering almost a half-decade at the studio, going back to Dead Space 3.  The short version is Amy Hennig's Uncharted Star Wars was almost doomed from the start, between being forced to use an engine that was never intended for third-person games, a terribly understaffed studio, internal clashes and sky-high expectations for a genre the studio had never executed before.
